The rent apartments are located in Calafell, just 50m from the beach in the Costa Dorada,
Catalonia's coast-line, Spain. Catalonia is located to the north-east, and the most northely of Spain's
Mediterranean regions. The Costa Dorada near Barcelona is typically Mediterranean with wonderful
golden sands, great for family fun on the beach. Calafell is situated 30 minutes from Port Aventura Theme Park.
You can arrive by train or by bus from Barcelona Airport.

Holidays: Getting by car
Comming from the autoroads A-2 or A-7 take the Exit 31, in El Vendrell.
Then continue on the autoroad C-32 and exit in Calafell.
Once out, follow direction to Calafell Platja and you will arrive next
to the train station. Go under it.
Continue on the right and make the change of direction at 50 m.
After that you must turn right at the first or second streets allowed
(Passatge de Sant Antoni or Pintor Mir). At the next corner you will find Vilamar
street and we are on the corner.
Holidays: Getting by train
It's possible to arrive at Calafell by train.
From Barcelona Sants it takes less than 1 hour.
Our Apartment hotel is located 150 metres from the station.
Instructions: Get the train to St. Vicenç de Calders (platforms 5/6)
and get off at Calafell. It will be clearly signposted.
These trains depart every 30 mins approx. Last train at 22:00 hrs.
At Barcelona Sants you can transfer from other platforms.
Prices: Return tickets costs approximatively 3 Euros.

Barcelona Airport (45 km) is bigger and it hat many ofers from low cost
flying companies. From this aiport you can arrive by train, by bus or by taxi.
Reus airport (35 km) from this one we recomend you to come by taxi,
but it is also possible to arrive by public transport.
Girona airport (150 km) to arrive at Calafell we recomend you to rent a car
but it is also possible to arrive by public transport or by taxi.
By public transport you have to take first one bus to Barcelona (about 1
hour) and then next to the bus stop there is the train station where you
have to take a train to Calafell (about 1 hour).

From Barcelona Airport you can arrive by train or by bus or by taxi.
TRAIN: From Barcelona airport it's possible to arrive at Calafell by train, it takes
about 1 hour. Our Apartment hotel is located 150 metres from the station.
Instructions: From Barcelona Airport get the train to Barcelona Sants.
These trains depart every 30 mins approx. It takes 20 minutes.
At Barcelona Sants transfer to platforms 5/6.
Get the train to St. Vicenç de Calders
and get off at Calafell. It will be clearly signposted.
These trains depart every 30 mins approx (x:06 hrs. and x:36 hrs.). It takes less than 1 hour.
Last train from Barcelona Sants at 22:06 hrs and 23:06 hrs.

BUS: From Barcelona airport it's possible to arrive at Calafell by bus, it takes
about 1 & 1/2 hours. Our Apartment hotel is located 150 metres from the bus stop.
Instructions: From Barcelona Airport get the bus to El Vendrell/Tarragona
and get off at Calafell.
These bus depart every hour approx. Last bus at 20:40 hrs.

it takes about 1 hour.

Rent a car: at Barcelona airport.
In case that you only want to visit the most
important places like Barcelona, Tarragona, Port Aventura Theme Park,
Aqualand Water Park, then we don't recomend you to rent a car,
because you can visit all these places with public transport.
Anyway the following list provides some suggested suppliers:
Taxi: There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals hall from Reus airport which
cost approximately 65 to 75.-Eur to Calafell, and it takes about 30 minutes.
It's better to get a price before leaving.
Pre-book a Reus airport transfer: If you are interested please tell us and
a taxi or a a minibus will wait for your flight on arrival.
Public transport: There is also a bus stop in front of the arrivals door
from Reus airport, from where you can take a bus to Reus Train Station (30 min.).
Bus times depend on flight arrivals.
From Reus Train Sation there are train connections to Calafell .
First of all get the train to Barcelona and get off at St. Vicenç de Calders (about 30 min).
Once at St. Vicenç de Calders transfer to another a train to Barcelona and get off at Calafell (about 5 min).
It will be clearly signposted. These trains depart every 30 min. approx.
Last train from St. Vicenç de Calders to Calafell at 22:00 hrs.
Rent a car: at Reus airport.
In case that you only want to visit the most
important places like Barcelona, Tarragona, Port Aventura Theme Park,
Aqualand Water Park, then we don't recomend you to rent a car,
because you can visit all these places once at Calafell with public transport.
But it is a good option if your plane arrives late and you don't want to take a taxi.

From Girona airport we recommend you to rent a car to arrive at Calafell.
You can arrive in about 90 minutes, following AP-7 direction Tarragona until the exit 31 (El Vendrell)
and then taking C-32 direction Barcelona and exit at the 1st exit that is Calafell.
Once at Calafell follow the instructions How to arrive by car.

Taxi: There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals hall from Girona airport which
cost approximately 230.-Eur to Calafell, and it takes about 90 minutes.
It's better to get a price before leaving.
Public transport:
It is also possible, but it takes longer due to the tranfers. We don't recommend if you arrive late.
By public transport you have to take first one bus at Girona airport to Barcelona-Estació del Nord.
It takes about than 1 hour. Bus times depend on flight arrivals.
And once at Barcelona-Estació del Nord, next to the bus station there is the train station
Barcelona Arc de Triomf, where you can take the train to Calafell. It takes about 1 hour.
First you have to take a train to Estació de Sants ( Trains every 5 minutes and it takes about 5 minutes)
and in Estació de Sants transfer to platforms 5/6 and there get the train to St. Vicenç de Calders and get off at Calafell.
It will be clearly signposted. These trains depart every 30 mins approx.
It takes less than 1 hour. Last train from Barcelona Sants at 23:00 hrs.
